Patrick Mahomes had his worst game under center in last week’s loss, failing to throw a touchdown pass for the first time this season. Mahomes needs to cut down on the turnovers, throwing at least one interception in every game this year but the opener.
The Chiefs’ will be without their starting running back as well this week, with Clyde Edwards-Helaire remaining on the IR with a knee injury. Darrel Williams has filled in admirably in Edwards-Helaire’s absence, leading the team with four rushing scores and 283 yards of total offense.
