The AFC showdown kicks off at 8:20 p.m. EST inside Hard Rock Stadium in Coral Gables, Florida. Miami is a seven-point favorite, and the over/under total is 44.5 points.
What to Know – Pittsburgh Steelers
Pittsburgh moves into Week 7 after a massive victory last week over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Steelers made the move before the contest, benching starter Mitch Tribusky for the rookie Kenny Pickett. Pittsburgh sits in the cellar of the AFC North.
Pickett made his first professional start and got the win over Tom Brady and the Bucs. He finished the contest 11-of-18 for 67 yards and a touchdown, surrendering some playing time to Tribusky after entering into concussion protocol in the third quarter. Trubisky has thrown for 797 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions this season.
Second-year running back Najee Harris continues to find it tough to get going this season after a breakout rookie campaign. Harris carried the ball 14 times for only 42 yards, adding a pair of receptions for seven yards, including a touchdown.
The receiving game has also been a sad situation with the lack of quarterback play. Dionte Johnson leads the team in receptions (33) and yards (295) as Pittsburgh’s primary target. Harris has a pair of receiving scores, while tight end Pat Freiermuth and Chase Claypool each have one.
What to Know – Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins have dropped three in a row, and the talk of Sunday’s contest will be the expected return of starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and his health following his concussion over three weeks ago against Cincinnati. Miami is tied for the last spot in the AFC East division.
Tua is the probable starter for Sunday night’s tilt after missing the last two contests while recovering from a concussion. The former Crimson Tide quarterback was having a fantastic year before the hit, tossing eight touchdowns and completing 69.6% of his passes.
Raheem Mostert has taken over the reins at the running back spot after Chase Edmonds grabbed some of the timeshare early on in the year. Mostert is the better back, attempting 71 rushes for 309 yards and one touchdown. Edmonds has accounted for only 89 yards on the ground.
The Dolphins grabbed Tyreek Hill in the open market during the offseason, and his presence has paid off. Hill leads Miami with 50 receptions for 701 yards, finding the endzone twice. Jaylen Waddle is second with 533 yards and three TDs.

Miami is the better team in this matchup, but it will be interesting what the Dolphins expect out of Tua after a few weeks away. Pittsburgh has a mess offensively, but the Steelers are starting to trend in the right direction. Seven points is a lot to lay in the NFL, and we will take the points here.
